Quality Control

UST understands the government’s quality control requirements to include the use of the three phase approach to quality control measures. On each project, UST’s superintendents will tailor the Quality Control Plan as required by specifications and incorporate the three phase approach of quality control to include the preparatory, initial, and follow-up phases prescribed by the Army Corp of Engineers. In addition, a Quality Control Manager and Quality Control Plan will be provided for each project in order to demonstrate that quality is an essential element of our construction process.
