UST has in-house trades for a variety of services including underground storage tank system installations, repair and removals, underground utilities - gas, sewer, water and storm, and dry ice blasting –– further adding value to the services we provide.
Fueling Systems
The repair, upgrade, installation and removal of underground and aboveground storage tank systems has evolved into a highly regulated and unique area of the construction industry. Our licensed and OSHA certified employees are committed to providing a quality product while maintaining a safe working environment. UST’s senior construction personnel have over 20 years of experience in the retail & fleet fueling facility industry and have been factory trained and certified for installation of many types of pumps, piping, dispensers, and system monitoring equipment.
Utilities
UST has the equipment, experience and the skilled personnel necessary to safely and efficiently perform all types of underground utility projects, both large and small. Every year UST installs miles of underground utilities, from underground utility repairs, partial replacements and water line installations for both private and public utilities to complete water, storm water and sewer systems as part of much more involved site work packages.
Utility installations create some of the most hazardous conditions in the Construction Industry. This is why our utility crew members are heavily trained. They are competent in Confined Space Entry, Trenching/Excavation and Shoring, Picking and Rigging, and General Construction Safety. Our utility crews have proven track record of safety that will help keep your job site in compliance.
Dry Ice Blasting
Dry ice blasting is a modern nonabrasive alternative for many conventional cleaning methods such as sand, water, steam, or powder blasting. Using dry ice has the dual advantage of leaving no blast media to dispose of and no foreign residue on the surface to attract dust, dirt, oils, etc. Our services include one time applications as well as scheduled maintenance cleaning. Our mobile dry ice blasting unit can provide environmentally friendly cleaning services to most areas of the continental United States.
